Unlike many event companies, we DO NOT charge obscene rates for trade show rentals. We charge our REGULAR DAILY RATES, plus round trip shipping and insurance. Wherever possible, we try to ship smaller items - that can be easily wheeled - directly to your hotel so you don't get beaten over the head with drayage fees.
In Chicago, with most venues, we can wheel in our own attractions so you can AVOID INSANE DRAYAGE FEES. You just pay for local delivery, setup, strike and teardown. Easy peasy.
FINALLY, our attractions and entertainment are GUARANTEED TO STOP TRAFFIC and CAPTURE LEADS.
Yes, you read that correctly. Had we been in contact with you in advance, we could have put together an attraction that would have made you one of if not THE most sought after booths at the show. Face painting is a GREAT way to get people to come to the booth. In addition to that, we have attractions that usually draw the attention of television cameras too.
For example, at the Chicago show, there was plenty of unattended vendor space. Since one of the main attractions for you country is safari, we could have had electric, animal themed scooters for the children to ride around on, courtesy of South Africa Tourism. See the brief video cut below.

After a child gets their face painted, it's time for pictures. How do they get their picture taken? With our green screen selfie station.
The picture is taken and sent DIRECTLY TO THEIR CELL PHONE. And, you get ALL OF THE PICTURES as well as ALL OF THE CELL PHONE NUMBERS at the end of each day to follow up.
The selfie station comes with 8, custom backgrounds that would fit your theme EXACTLY, as well as your booth for the background. The backgrounds DO NOT REQUIRE A GREEN SCREEN, so, it doesn't interfere with your trade show look AT ALL.
The Selfie Station ships in a flight case, which can be easily wheeled like a larger suitcase. And, it's easy to set up and operate, while talking up only a 2' X 2' footprint.
